Alexandra Livarda is a Senior Researcher at the Catalan Institute of Classical Archaeology (Spain), specialising in the study of human-plant interactions through time. She has worked extensively in the Aegean and published widely on agronomy, the development of tastes, and more, including co-editing the CUP Elements series Archaeology of Food.
